Kevin said that if your English is not very good, just tell the operator: “Police/Ambulance/Fire/’, then your address, or just the number of your house and post code’ the operator will have enough information to send the relevant help.
I have also saw a friend of mine shared this page about what to do or avoid to be burgle or robbery. so print them out for your parents or friends who can’t speak good English. We need ourselves to protect ourselves.
