On Friday 27th April at a celebratory ceremony at Chetham’s School of Music in Manchester, Arts & Business honoured 25 Cultural Champions from the North West.

Arts & Business Cultural Champions is an annual reception honouring exceptional individuals who make a significant contribution to the arts through volunteering, business advice or philanthropic giving. As the Cultural Champions are selected by the arts and cultural organisations, it is their chance to say thank you for the support.

“In these difficult times, it is vital to celebrate the remarkable commitment of individuals in fighting the cultural corner and bringing in better resources to the arts. These Cultural Champions embody what we collectively need at this time. They have the passion, the commitment and the ideas to enable the arts to flourish and they are fearless in persuading others to support the arts. Their stories show us the way.”
Philip Spedding, Director, Arts & Business
