  • The 9th Day is the birthday of the Jade Emperor, it is one of the traditional celebrations in Chinese culture, it’s like a thanks giving day for everyone.

  • Taoist temples would hold grand ceremonies and ordinary families would present offerings to the Jade Emperor, and pray for peace and good health.
