Health and Wellbeing

The Pagoda Tai Chi group has been established for twenty-five years.

We have a wide range of courses for adults and senior citizens including: Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Tai Chi Sword and Tai Chi Fan. We always welcome members of any age but in future we are hoping to attract more young people to learn Tai Chi. It is hoped we can help them to learn about self control and tension release through the arts of Qi Gong and Tai Chi.


We provide high quality tuition for students of all ages and levels.

Classes Time Table:


Qi Gong 18, Tai Chi 24.     Tuesday:    6:00 – 7:30pm

Tai Chi Sword and Fan      Wednesday:    6:00 – 7:30pm

Tai Chi Advanced              Monday:    7:00 – 9:00pm


Senior citizens Tuesday:       10am– 12pm

Senior citizens Thursday:     10am– 12pm

New students are recommended to join the Qi Gong 18, Tai Chi 24 class as an introductory course.
