Mrs. Li believes ‘Everyone can dance!’


As a trained choreographer, and a Tai Chi tutor, Mrs. Li  understand the important of exercises.  When her Tai Chi students asked if she can teach them dance a couple of years ago, Mrs. Li happily accepted. All these students are 60+ and some of them are in their 80s.


Mrs. Li choreograph movements for each individual student and they all enjoyed the activities and not under pressure at all.


In the past 25 years, Mrs. Li has choreographed numerous traditional Chinese dances for schools, the Pagoda Chinese Youth Dancing group. They include dance from the Tang dynasty (over 1500 year old), fan dance, ribbon dance, dance drama (Kung Fu dance) which is suitable for males and females.


This is an opportunity for you to make new friends, socialise, keep healthy and learn the art of Chinese dance.
