If you are age between 8-18, and want to learn to play an instrument? You can join our orchestra. No audition or any previous music knowledge are needed, as long as you willing to give your commitment to the PCYO.

What is the cost?
Members are asked for a modest monthly subscription to assist with the instruments maintenance.


Will I need to buy an instrument?
PCYO will provide you the instruments during your stay, but no policy for instruments to take home or hire.


Performance Opportunity?
PCYO will give at least 3 public performances annually. Our 2011/2012 programme have so far scheduled for: Chinese New Year, Regional Youth Music Festival, Dada Festival.


Accreditation opportunity?
All our 11+ members will participate the Bronze Arts Award. Older members are also offer Silver and Gold Arts Award (Gold will received 35 UCAS point). For more information about the Arts Award, (link to the arts award site or our arts award section).


PCYO is currently looking for other accreditation for our members.


Classes Time Table:


Saturday:   10am – 3pm
Sunday:     12pm – 4pm

We also provide culture events, day trips and practice time during half terms, Easter Holiday and Summer Holiday.
