• The seventh day is referred as the “Day of Man”, people say its every human’s birthday. In most parts of China, people will be eating noodles as they symbolize longevity in Chinese culture.

• People who work far away from home come back before Chinese New Year and leave after “Day of Man”. On the day people don’t travel or visit others, they will stay at home and spend time with the family.
